Adirondack Spirit Leadership Forge was born from the fires of trauma, the silence of suffering, and the calling to heal what the eye cannot see. We restore the moral compass of leaders – veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, teachers, and others – enabling them to make decisions rooted in morality, empathy, and love, creating a healthier workforce and a stronger, more harmonious world.
